Home Remodeling in Salem, Oregon & Surrounding Areas

From a worn-out bathroom to a whole-house floor refresh, we remodel the rooms you use most, with one crew handling the trades in order.

Newly remodeled bright room with new flooring in Gervais, OR

Many homes around Gervais, Salem and Woodburn are single-story ranch-style houses and manufactured or older frame homes with plain layouts, original flooring and bathrooms that have not been touched in decades. Those rooms are good candidates for remodeling: the walls are simple, the framing is accessible and a fresh floor, finished drywall and new fixtures change how the whole house feels.

A remodel is really a string of trades, and the order matters. Demolition and framing come first, then rough utilities, drywall, flooring, cabinets, fixtures and paint. When separate contractors handle each step, gaps and finger-pointing follow. We take the project start to finish and bring in a specialist only when the work requires one.

Homes built before 1978 can contain lead-based paint, and federal rules set work practices for renovating them. We will talk through what that means for your house at the walkthrough. Choose a service below, or call and describe the room you want to change.

Why a single crew makes remodeling easier

One plan, one schedule

Drywall, flooring and fixtures are sequenced for you, so rooms are not torn up longer than necessary.

Clean, finished edges

Transitions, trim and paint lines are where a remodel looks professional or rushed. We finish them properly.

Honest advice on scope

If a repair solves the problem, we say so. If walls hide a bigger issue, you hear about it before we close them up.

Remodeling questions, answered

How long does a typical bathroom or kitchen remodel take?
A bathroom refresh can take a week or two, while a full kitchen remodel often runs several weeks, depending on layout changes and when materials arrive. We give you a schedule with your written quote.
Can you handle the flooring and drywall as well as the fixtures?
Yes. Drywall hanging and finishing, flooring and fixture installation are all part of our remodeling work, so you are not coordinating separate trades.
Do I need to move out during a remodel?
Usually not for a single bathroom or flooring project. Whole-house flooring or a kitchen remodel can mean living without that space for a while, and we plan around it, for example by setting up a temporary kitchen area.
Will my remodel need permits?
Cosmetic updates often do not. Moving plumbing, changing electrical circuits or altering walls usually does. We tell you what applies to your project and handle the coordination with your local building department.
Do you remodel older homes with lead paint concerns?
Houses built before 1978 may have lead-based paint, and renovation work on them is regulated. Raise it during your walkthrough and we will explain how it affects your project and your options.
